Return Policy

At Belgravo Jewellery Laboratories, each creation is carefully inspected and prepared before being delivered to our customers. To protect the authenticity, quality, and integrity of our jewellery, every piece is secured with a unique authenticity seal (etiketė) before shipment.

Any concerns, defects, or issues arising from an order must be reported to Belgravo Jewellery Laboratories prior to attempting a return. Customers are required to provide clear photographic evidence showing the issue with the item. This allows us to assess the situation and provide the appropriate solution.

For hygiene, authenticity, and quality-control reasons, jewellery items can only be returned if the authenticity seal remains intact and has not been removed, damaged, or broken. Once the seal has been broken, the item is considered accepted by the customer and can no longer be returned.

Returns will not be accepted for items where the authenticity seal has been broken, altered, or removed.

Each Belgravo creation is produced with care and attention to detail. The authenticity seal ensures that every piece remains traceable, verified, and protected as an original Belgravo design.
